The home care service helps ensure that over 6,900 Glaswegians have a better quality of life.
User satisfaction levels were 90% in a stakeholder satisfaction survey undertaken in 2007/08.
EQUIPU
91% of equipment deliveries were on time in 2010/11.
Over 97,000 items were delivered in 2010/11.
Total value of equipment delivered was £6.1m in 2010/11.
Total value of equipment recycled and reissued was £2.1m in 2010/11 (34% of all equipment issued)
