School Crossing Patroller-CFUS1/ GRADE 1 (TEMPORARY POST)

Cordia is responsible for managing the provision of School Crossing Patrols throughout the city of Glasgow. School Crossing Patrollers provide an important and invaluable road safety service. There are currently temporary vacancies based in various locations throughout Glasgow. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Duties include assisting children across specified roads on their way to and from school, adhering to road safety regulations.

There are two shifts- approximate times are 8am-9.10am and 3pm-3.30pm.

Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and have good judgement on road safety matters. They should be reliable, conscientious and able to work unsupervised.
