FINANCE DIRECTOR
Andy is Cordia’s Finance Director and has responsibility for the strategic financial management of the organisation.
Andy is responsible for the financial and budgetary control of Cordia as well as the Treasury Management function. He supports the Operations Director and the operational teams with appropriate financial and management information to enable them to financially manage the business. Andy is also a member of the Cordia board and reports on the finances and financial strategy of the organisation at regular board meetings.
He is committed to ensuring the business identifies efficiencies and improvements as well as advising on the profitability, efficiency, implementation and integration of new business to Cordia.
Andy actively supports the charity HIT Scotland and is part of the organising committee for its annual fundraising dinner.
