MAINSTREAM
This is the standard home care service provided to most of our customers. Service is based on an assessment of your need and may include a range of personal care tasks or practical tasks. The assessor from Social Work Services will discuss with you the tasks and frequency of visits required to support you at home. The service operates every day of the year from 7am until 4pm. After 4pm, the service is provided by our Out of Hours Service.
All of our Home Care staff at Cordia undertake training appropriate to their role.
